KEYNOTE - Pr. Keith A. Drakes
PR. KEITH A. DRAKES serves as pastor of the Life Enrichment Adventist Ministry in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from CUC [now USC] with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology, and from Andrews University with a Masters of Arts Degree. He has served as District Pastor, Radio Speaker, Executive member of the Guyana Conference and Caribbean Union Conference Committees. Pastor Drakes is ordained and specializes in Family Life Ministry and Youth work. He has conducted Crusades, Singles and Marriage seminars, Revivals, Youth Camps and Week of Prayer all over the Caribbean and in the Americas. He has a burden for lost souls and conducts a ministry to help find and restore those who have left the church. Most importantly He loves the Lord and plans to make it to heaven with the saints. He is known for his dynamic, spirit-filled and practical sermons.

PR. SETH BARDU is the Treasurer of the Columbia Union Conference since January 2006. He holdsa Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Oakwood College [now Oakwood University] and a MBA from Andrews University. He has served as Accountant-Auditor, Comptroller, and Conference Treasurer in Nashville, Tennessee and Conference Treasurer in New York. Pastor Bardu is an ordained minister and has almost 30 years of experience in finance-related denominational service. He is a man of God with active evangelism and generous giving on his heart. He yearns to do whatever he can to help the Adventist Church accomplish its mission to finish the work of the gospel and go home.

DR. MATTHEW F. KAMARA was born in Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia. He currently serves as pastor of the Pilgrim Adventist Church in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kamara served as former Treasurer of the Liberia Mission of SDA Churches. He loves the Lord and enjoys praising Him. He is kind, compassionate and has a passion for winning souls. He recently graduated from Andrews University where he obtained his Doctorate in Ministry. Dr. Kamara is married to Nerissa and the two have been blessed with five wonderful children.

QUITA T. ROBERTS was born in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa and migrated to Brooklyn, New York at age 14 with her family, where she grew up as a teenager to adulthood. Quita attended the Norfolk State University and served as president for the International Students Bureau, helping and supporting foreign students. She received her Bachelors of Science in Clinical Psychology from the Norfolk State University and her Master of Science in Clinical Community Counseling from the Johns Hopkins University Graduate school. Quita is a devoted wife to her husband, Kolubah, and a loving mother to her five handsome boys. Quita is and has been working with adolescent and their families for almost 11 years. She loves the Lord and is committed to His cause. She has served as Family Life Leader together with her husband, Women’s Ministries leader and many more. Quita is greatly influenced first by the word of God and then her mother. Her favorite Bible text is Phil. 4:8.

Dr. Anthony Saytorkon Moore is a native of Rivercess County, Liberia. He gave his life to Jesus Christ at an early age in the Methodist Church and was baptized in 1968. In 1973, he joined the Ridge-Way Seventh-day Adventist Church in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, Liberia and was re-baptized in 1978. He is the Health Director of the Pilgrims SDA Church, PA. Dr. Moore holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Cuttington University, a B.Sc. in Medical Sciences from the University of Ghana, Legon, a MD from the University of Ghana Medical School, Korle-Bu, Accra, Ghana, a Master of Theological Studies from Palmer Theological Seminary of the Eastern University, PA and is currently studying to obtain a Master of Arts in Counseling (candidate, 2015 with special interest in Global Trauma) from Biblical Theological Seminary, PA. Elder Moore is blessed with a beautiful and very supportive wife, Sue and the two have four wonderful children.

DR. MARIAH SETON was born in Harper, Maryland County, Liberia. She attended the College of West Africa and Konola Academy in Liberia. Dr. Seton holds two Associate Degrees from Harry Truman College and earned her BSc, Master and Doctorate in Administration from Roosevelt University, IL. She currently works in Chicago as a City Wide Administrator. She is a member of Phi Delta Kappa and the American Association of University Women (AAUW), advancing equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthrophy and research. Dr. Seton is Vice Chair for the African Political Action Committee, an advocay group advancing the political empowerment of African immigrants and refugees in the US. She advocates for the homeless, immigrants and the less fortunate members of society.

DAVID N. N. YOUNG, a Teacher/Economist, is an multi-talented accomplished musician, gifted with singing and playing various musical instruments. He has taught/directed many outstanding church Choirs and singing groups around the world including USA, Germany, England, Belgium and many countries in Africa. He is a former Director of Music, University of Liberia and founding member of “Joyful Noise, Germany Music Festival Project, 2007.” He is the founder of Minnesota Community Mass Choir. Director Young currently serves as Minister of Music at Chatham Fields Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Director of Music of the Next Generation Children Choir, Chicago, Illinois, USA. He offers Private Music lessons to children and Adults. His latest CD Album is entitled: CHILD OF THE KING.
